This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured by a meat thermometer.

Procedure:?Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.

Do not defrost

Karahi (Wok):?Preheat oil to frying temperature (180?C/355?F). Deep fry frozen Croquettes for 3 minutes, or until fully cooked.

OR

Oven:?Preheat oven to 230?C (445?F). Bake frozen Croquettes on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 7~10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
