This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Procedure:?Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Do not defrost
Karahi (Wok):?Preheat oil to frying temperature (170?C/340?F). Deep fry frozen Fillet for 8~10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven:?Preheat oven to 210?C (410?F). Bake frozen Fillet on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Caution
Product should not be fried on high heat; this will cause product to appear dark while leaving the meat uncooked.
