To Defrost:
Place packed product inside refrigerator in a covered container until thawed.
Thawed product should be cooked. Avoid re-freezing uncooked product. Never thaw product by leaving it on kitchen counter.
Caution:
This is a raw product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured be a meat thermometer.
