Do not defrost

Karahi (Wok):?Preheat oil to frying temperature (170?C/338?F). Deep fry frozen Tender Pops for 2 minutes 30 seconds to 2 minutes 45 seconds or until fully cooked.
Oven:?Preheat oven to 210?C (410?F). Bake frozen Tender Pops on a baking sheet for 6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
