This is a fully cooked product; simply heat and serve.
For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, store in refrigerator.
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.
Microwave Oven: For heating only use defrost mode; do not defrost outside, prior to heating.
Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Shami Kabab upright along the edges of a bowl (do not place flat). Defrost for 3-5 minutes or until hot.
Frying Pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to heating.
Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Shami Kabab over medium heat, turning frequently through heating.
