Storage: Keep frozen
For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
This is a fully baked product; for oven fresh goodness follow under given heating procedure.
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.
Do not defrost
We recommend heating Quiche in an oven for optimal product quality, taste and appearance.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C(390°F). Place frozen Quiche on baking tray for 18~20 minutes or until heated through. Remove from aluminum foil cup. Serve warm.
Microwave Oven: Do not use defrost mode for heating.
Remove frozen Quiche from aluminum foil cup and place on microwave-safe plate. Heat for 2 minutes, or until heated through.
Caution: Quiche will be excessively hot in the centre; we recommend allowing it to cool reasonably before serving.
