For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, it can be stored in refrigerator.
Procedure:?Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.
To defrost?OR?to use cold:?Defrost Pastrami Strips inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use microwave oven on?defrost mode?only. Defrost until thawed.
To use hot:?Defrost Pastrami Strips as given above, prior to heating. Preheat a non-stick pan, or a lightly oiled pan (if you prefer). Fry thawed Pastrami Strips over low heat, turning frequently though heating. For crispy Pastrami strips, heat longer.
