Storage: Keep frozen.
This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry frozen Kabab Tikki over medium heat, turning until cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 230?C (445?F). Bake frozen Kabab Tikki on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 6 minutes, or until cooked.
