For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74?C (165?F) as measured by a meat thermometer. Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, store in refrigerator.
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.
To defrost OR?to use cold:?Defrost Frankfurter Sausage inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use microwave oven on?defrost mode only. Defrost until thawed.
To serve hot: Defrost?Frankfurter Sausage as given above, prior to heating.?Place thawed Frankfurter Sausage in a deep pan of boiling water. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
OR
Defrost Frankfurter Sausage as given above, prior to heating.?Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Frankfurter Sausage over low heat, turning frequently through heating.
Caution
As these are premium skinless sausages, they should be pan fried gently; over frying may adversely affect quality and presentation.
