This is a fully cooked product.

For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.

Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, store in refrigerator.

Quick Serve® Procedure

Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.

To defrost OR to use cold:

Defrost Frankfurter Sausage inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use microwave oven on defrost mode only. Defrost until thawed.

To Serve hot: Defrost Frankfurter Sausage as given above, prior to heating. Place thawed Frankfurter Sausage in a deep pan of boiling water. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.


Defrost Frankfurter Sausage as given above, prior to heating. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Frankfurter Sausage over low heat, turning frequently through heating.


These are premium skinless sausages, which should not be fried. Frying will adversely affect quality and presenting.
