For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, store in refrigerator.
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.
To defrost OR to use cold: Defrost Breakfast Sausage inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use microwave oven on defrost mode only. Defrost until thawed.
To serve hot Defrost Breakfast Sausage as given above, prior to heating. Place thawed Breakfast Sausage in a deep pan of boiling water. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 1~2 minutes.
Defrost Breakfast Sausage as given above, prior to heating. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Breakfast Sausage over low heat, turning frequently through heating.
As these are premium skinless sausages, they should be pan fried gently; over frying may adversely affect quality and presentation.
