Defrost for 3-5 minutes or until hot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Frying Pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to heating.<\/strong><br \/>\nPreheat a lightly oiled pan.
