For quick defrosting, use <strong>microwave oven on defrost mode only. <\/strong>Place frozen product in a tray or plate and defrost for 1 minute or until thawed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To serve hot: <\/strong>After defrosting frozen product until thawed (as given above), proceed to heat by choosing your preferred method below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Microwave Oven: Only use defrost mode. <\/strong>Spread already thawed product evenly on a plate. Heat (defrost mode) for 3-4 minutes or until hot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oven: <\/strong>Preheat oven to 150\u00b0C (302\u00b0F). Spread already thawed product evenly on a baking sheet and place in oven for 2-3 minutes or until hot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frying Pan: <\/strong>Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled pan.
