Policies
Welcome to K&N\u2019s Foods (Pvt) Limited (K&N\u2019s), Online Order Processing and Home Delivery Service Policies information. This section contains everything you need to know about how your order will be processed including delivery information & policies.<\/p>

  1. Product Availability
    \u2022 Product delivery is solely dependent on availability of product(s) ordered. K&N\u2019s will not be liable, if for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular product.
    \u2022 K&N\u2019s may not be able to entertain large quantity orders in full due to limited stock availability of certain product(s) at the store at a given time.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Order Acceptability
    \u2022 K&N\u2019s Online Order Service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. K&N\u2019s reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or what maybe considered commercial or non-domestic concerns.
    \u2022 K&N\u2019s reserves the right to limit or prohibit bulk orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors
    \u2022 To ensure availability of products at all times at our stores, customers may be limited to a maximum quantity of product(s).<\/li>\n\n
  3. Order Processing
    \u2022 Please allow a minimum of xxxx minutes to process your order.
    \u2022 For timely deliveries, all orders must be complete with respect to accurate delivery information, including phone number(s) and address. K&N\u2019s shall not be responsible for incorrect addresses and\/or information entered.<\/li>\n\n
  4. Order Status
    \u2022 Once your order is processed, you shall receive an e-mail confirmation from K&N\u2019s, therefore, please ensure you provide the correct email address.
    \u2022 In case email confirmation is not received, please notify us at contact@KandNs.com<\/li>\n\n
  5. Free Home Delivery Policy:
    \u2022 K&N\u2019s Free Home Delivery is accepted on a minimum order amount of Rs 500\/.
    \u2022 Currently K&N\u2019s Home Delivery Service is limited to cities where K&N\u2019s Chicken Stores are located.
    \u2022 Products shall be delivered at the address specified on the Order Form. Therefore, please ensure to provide the correct postal address and contact number.
    \n\u2022 K&N\u2019s shall deliver your order at the main entrance of the address specified for delivery. On special request, your order can be delivered to your specific doorstep, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block. However, the same may not be possible at times due to security reasons, whereby the delivery vehicle, which may carry more orders, is left unattended and thus, vulnerable to theft. In such cases, we reserve the right to deliver at the main entrance of the delivery address.\n
    \n\u2022 Minimum time required for delivery of order is 90 minutes. Whilst efforts are made to deliver products within the agreed time, K&N\u2019s is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majure, i.e circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters like extreme weather conditions, heavy rains, or road closures, protests, VIP movements, accidents etc.\n
    \n\u2022 K&N\u2019s Home Delivery does not operate on public holidays such as both Eids, and Ashura.\n
    \n\u2022 K&N\u2019s reserves the right to refuse service to or from any location.\n
    \n\u2022 K&N\u2019s reserves the right to cancel any order, subject to product availability, confirmations or any other issue as deemed fit by K&N\u2019s. However, customer shall be notified, should such an action need to be taken.\n
    \n\u2022 At times, orders might be affected due to a public holiday, or number of prior orders. Your support and understanding in this regard is highly appreciated.<\/li><\/ol>
    1. K&N\u2019s Delivery Standards
      \u2022 K&N\u2019s is a premium quality, frozen food product and must remain frozen at all times. All K&N\u2019s safe and healthy chicken products are stored in insulated delivery boxes to ensure proper temperature is maintained during delivery process.
      \u2022 Upon receipt, please UNPACK immediately and place product in freezer.<\/li>\n\n
    2. <\/a>Return Policy:
      \u2022 Due to reasons of food-safety, K&N\u2019s does not accept exchange or return of any product. This precaution is necessary as we cannot evaluate temperature, storage conditions and duration for which the product was kept before being returned.
      \u2022 A return is acceptable only if:\n
      \n1. Product(s) delivered is different from the order that was placed
      \n2. Product(s) delivered is in damaged or defective condition.
      \n\u2022 Please check your order upon receipt. A return, as mentioned above, shall only be entertained if reported immediately to the Home Delivery personnel.<\/li><\/ol>

        1. Payment Policy:
          \u2022 Payment for orders shall need to be made at time of delivery.
          \u2022 You are requested to check invoice upon receipt and point out inaccuracy, if any, to the Home Delivery personnel at the time of delivery. K&N\u2019s is not liable for any claims to incorrect invoicing later.<\/li>\n\n
        2. Price Policy
          \u2022 Prices for K&N\u2019s products vary from region to region and are subject to change without prior notice.
          \u2022 K&N\u2019s reserves the right to discontinue any product promotion or special offer at any time, without prior notice.<\/li><\/ol>
